• Check-in for a passenger departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

  • Check-in counter for International flight opens 8 hours before departure and closes 50 minutes before departure.

  • Check-in counter for Domestic flight opens 8 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure.

  • Boarding gate open 1 hours 15 minutes before departure and close 10 minutes before departure.

• Self Service Check-in

  Kiosk Check-in
  •    To facilitate passengers with self-service, The "Self Service Kiosk" are installed at 7 domestic airports in Thailand, which are Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, KhonKaen, Hat Yai and Krabi.
  
  Internet Check-in
  •    Passengers can enjoy the convenience and ease of Internet Check-in which can be made from 1 to 24 hours prior to scheduled flight departure at all THAI check-in online stations.
       Baggage drop-off counter for kiosk and Internet Check-in located at counter B5-B7 (Domestic) and counter D5-D9 and J5-J19 (International)
