    • iCheck-in cannot be used with upgraded travel using Royal Orchid Plus miles.

    How to get E-receipt

    1. Please enter Ticket Number or Electronic Miscellaneous document (EMD) Number, First Name, Last Name and press “Submit” button.

    2. Please make sure that you have entered valid information. Ticket number must be 13 digits and start with "217".

    3. In case you don't have a Ticket Number, you can use Reservation Code (PNR), First Name, Last Name.

    Note :
    1. Please use "ticket or EMD number." to print the E-receipt in case of journey completed
    2. In case you experiencing problem, Please refresh your browser by pressing 'Ctrl+F5'
